Villa has 3 levels, each one being a separate apartment.

Aparrtment 1 consists of wide terrace surrounded by trees, kitchen with dining room, sea-facing lounge, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms.

Apartment 2 has a spacious open plan living / kitchen / dining area with fireplace and a wide tree shaded terrace facing the sea and the Sveti Stefan Island. The rest of the apartment consists of a double room, twin room, single room, and two bathrooms.

Apartment 3 has a double bedroom apartment with living / kitchen area, and bathroom. A short staircase leading to the beach is accessed from the terrace in the lower level.
