The villa has five apartments on two floors. Three of them have sea view and one is with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and town of Kotor. Each of them has a kitchenette. The villa provides a parking place for its guests, as well as the use of computer and access to the Internet. The use of the beach facilities is also included in the price. The villa also offers rent-a-boat facility.
There is an old tavern built in wood and stone on the ground floor of the villa where guests can have their meals. The menu offers a wide choice of fish dishes, sea food, as well as national specialties.
