Cetinje is historical and cultural core of Montenegro. The great part of the Montenegrin national cultural and historic treasure is in Cetinje. Lovcen is mountain near Cetinje with fascinating view and the mausoleum of the greatest Montenegrin poet, philosopher and ruler Petar II Petrovic Njegos.This tour is focused on promoting rich and fascinating treasure of Cetnje. The most impressive site in Cetinje is Cetinje Monastery with its treasury with numerous valuable Orthodox icons, the particle of the Holy Cross and the right hand of John The Baptist.
Monastery is the seat of the Mitropoly of Montenegro. Several more sites in Cetinje such as Biljarda, Royal Palace and several embassies from the era of Royal Montenegro are must see sites.
